Lisa Lee

Coach Lisa has been training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu since 2018. She currently is a 2 stripe blue belt under Professor Carson, as well as a judo brown belt under Sensei Chay Chinsethagid, and Sensei Brandon Bebout. Martial arts has always been part of her life with a background in TKD and KungFu. Coach Lisa believes that to be a well rounded martial artist a mix of strikes, throws, and groundwork is the key, and her goal is to make that fun as well as functional. Coach Lisa has three children who also train, and are ranked, in jiu jitsu and judo. When they are not at the gym Coach Lisa is homeschooling and adventuring with her family.
